Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for customers in the United States, Canada, and most other regions.
For customers in the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Please note that all orders are shipped from Mainland China. International returns can be expensive and may take several weeks to arrive. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns showing signs of wear, use, damage, or modification may be refused.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we shipped the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
Return Authorization Required
All return requests must be approved in advance.
Please contact us at sales@foundpieces.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Returns that are sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized or custom-made products, including custom charms, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
